Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
Proven experience (typically 3-5+ years for mid-level, 7+ years for senior) in B2C and B2B lead generation roles, either in-house or as a consultant.
Demonstrable track record of successfully generating high-quality leads and contributing to revenue growth in diverse markets.
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM (PPC), social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM) and marketing automation platforms.
Experience with lead generation tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, Hunter.io, Google Analytics, social media analytics).
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make ivory coast whatsapp database data-driven decisions.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English (and Bengali if targeting local market), with the ability to articulate complex strategies clearly.

Experience in a specific industry relevant to our business (e.g., SaaS, E-commerce, Financial Services).
Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) for content creation.
Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
Certifications in Google Ads, HubSpot, or other relevant marketing/sales platforms.
Note for Candidates in Bangladesh:
While many of these roles are global, an understanding of the local market dynamics, consumer behavior, and business landscape in Bangladesh, particularly in regions like Sherpur or Rajshahi Division, would be a significant asset for local companies. Experience with local digital marketing trends and platforms popular in Bangladesh would also be beneficial.
